I’m delighted to share that GMVoice has been named Vocal Coaching Service of the Year in the West Midlands at the Prestige Awards.
Founded by professional vocalist and vocal coach Georgie Mason, GMVoice provides specialist vocal coaching across the Midlands, supporting singers, performers and professional voice users in developing confident, healthy voices. Georgie works with a wide range of clients, from amateur singers and aspiring performers to experienced professionals, delivering tailored coaching built around each individual’s vocal goals.
Alongside running her private vocal coaching studio, Georgie is also a trans voice-alteration specialist and vocal health practitioner, helping clients develop voices that feel strong, authentic, and sustainable. Her work combines real-world performance experience with academic expertise. Georgie holds a Master’s degree in Professional Practice (Voice Pedagogy), is trained in the Estill Method to Master Trainer level, and is also a qualified and insured laryngeal massage therapist specialising in vocal health.
In addition to private vocal coaching, Georgie lectures in singing technique at Performers College in Birmingham and Addict Dance Academy in Leicester. She also provides vocal coaching for students and staff at the University of Warwick through Warwick Arts Centre, as well as offering online vocal coaching sessions for clients across the UK and internationally.
This award recognises the work GMVoice does to provide inclusive, evidence-based vocal coaching in the Midlands, supporting everyone from professional performers to individuals simply looking to strengthen their voice and build confidence.
